By accessing or using the services provided by Premiere Xpress Transports ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

Premiere Xpress Transports provides AI-powered freight and logistics services, including but not limited to freight management, cargo transport, route optimization, tracking, and supply chain analytics. Specific service terms may be outlined in separate service agreements.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or systems
• Properly package and label all shipments according to our guidelines

All shipments are subject to our shipping terms and conditions, which include but are not limited to:

• Accurate declaration of shipment contents and value
• Compliance with prohibited items lists
• Proper packaging requirements
• Weight and dimension accuracy

Payment terms are established in your service agreement. Generally, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.

Our liability for any shipment is limited to the declared value of the goods or the applicable liability limit specified in your service agreement, whichever is lower. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special damages
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Damage resulting from improper packaging
• Prohibited or undeclared items

We recommend obtaining appropriate cargo insurance for all shipments. We can provide insurance options or you may arrange your own coverage.

Claims for loss, damage, or delay must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost shipments). Supporting documentation is required for all claims.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services are owned by Premiere Xpress Transports or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. We may immediately terminate services for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to active customers. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
